I think I&#8217;m taking too long between sets &#8211; maybe if I tried to speed it up and take less rest between sets I might be able to do it in an hour. Or I could drop the weights down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I just get completely bored being in the gym longer than an hour.
